How can I pull a report to see the transfered cases from one assignment group to another?

hi elaine , you will have to replace the INSTANCE_NAME with your instance name

Hi Elaine,

The best way is to create a metric on Assignment Group if not available at your instance. This will give all AG changes, time of change and many more parameters that you may need in your report.
