How can I stop FaaS Discovery?

Hi Folks, 

 

We just rolled out ServiceNow Discovery to our clound environments (AWS and Azure), I noticed that by default, SN brings in FaaS as well and these are licensable. We do want to discover FaaS, is there a way to stop discovering them?

Hi @Nateu 

 

You can try disabling or deactivating the discovery patterns responsible for creating these records.
I reviewed the documentation below, which lists the relevant discovery pattern names:

Alternatively, you can work with the Azure administrator to restrict the necessary permissions at the Azure side to prevent the discovery of these resources
