How can we modify the intune integration properties, I cant able to find the property

How can we modify the intune integration properties, I cant able to find the property in "Sys_properties" table.

I want to stop the ip address records to pull from intune so I wanted to disable the propery named "include_ip_address_details" please let me know where I can find the property.

It is not a system property. It is a service graph connection property. Navigate to Service Graph Connectors > Connections, open the appropriate connection record and add or modify the property in the Service Graph Connection Properties related list at the bottom of the form.
