How does ServiceNow Cloud Observability vs ITOM observability fit together?

Hi all,

I'm working on to put together a PP presentation regarding SN Platform Performance.  I am hoping to find a documentation to better explain...

  1. How ServiceNow Cloud Observability is different than ITOM observability
  2. How ServiceNow Cloud Observability and ITOM observability fit together 
  3. Is ServiceNow Cloud Observability completely a different feature in the system 

I understand SN cloud Observability is new, however, I could not find a good resource to help me understand it better.
