Another way
1) create a flow variable of type string
2) then use "Set Flow Variables" flow logic and set the string as URL
3) then use that in email body
Output: Link included

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
When I clicks on the ticket number in the emails body then I can see in the URL that it is not adding the sys_id of the record.
