Thanks for the reply Sandeep, 
We need to auto close the secondary alerts, once the primary alert in the service mapping is closed. How can we do that?

Its OOTB when Primary Alert is Closed on CLEAR Event It Closes the ALERT and Resolves the Incident.

All Secondary Alerts Related to Primary is Closed.

 

Primary and Secondary Alerts

Clear  event received for Primary Alert and Secondary Alerts are gone and CLosed.
