We're setting up certificate discovery and have had no issues with our external CA however we're wondering how do we load in our SSO certificates that are stored in Azure? Many applications have their own certificates that have expiry dates and are used for authentication into their applications. We would like to pull these into SN as they are valid certificates however aside from the internal certs which go into "Multi-Provider SSO -> Administration -> x509 Certificate" we do not know how to get the many others in via discovery.

Hi,
There's a pattern, documented here. Check that it's present, active, create a Discovery schedule and you should be all set.
Hope that helps!

Thank you Sam however this is not what I'm looking for. This is for discovering on-prem SSL certificates that are generated using an internal Microsoft CA. These are not the SAML Signing Certificates that are generated in Azure.

Sorry, I clearly didn't read your question in enough detail! What about via bulk upload or via URL - I wonder if anything here helps out at all?

That's what we're currently using with our GoDaddy certs. Unfortunately these are not CA Signed Certificates. These are not SSL but SAML. They're stored in Azure and are related to custom applications that you integrate with your SSO implementation. I have an open case as well trying to get further clarity from SNOW and have given them more details.
