Dear all,
I'm looking on the docs and the community how to discover Xen Servers.
I understood that I need to modify and add steps to default pattern. But my question is: which one needs to be changed and which step to add? Has anyone done this specific action?
Then, what type of credential to use and have configured on target system?
Do we need to discover the IPs of the XEN drectly or the IPs of computer on which the Xen are virtualized?
Regards, Giovanni

Hi,
Discovery of Citrix Xen Hypervisors are described in the docs.
https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-it-operations-management/page/product/service-map...
Seems you need to add Citrix Xen Hyper-V to the Linux Server Pattern’s Extension Section but it doesn't mention adding any steps.
The prerequisites mentions credentials should be SSH to discover the Linux host.
Regards,
Niklas

Hi,
I followed the docs, but I got an error during DIscovery.
"Identification Engine: Discovery status is FAILURE, Identification sections in pattern failed: section: discovery, error: JAVASCRIPT_CODE_FAILURE: TypeError: Cannot convert null to an object. (ad_hoc:EvalClosure-Filter route interfaces-705444873; line 11)".
How do I resolve this error to complete the Discovery succesfully?
Regards, Giovanni
