Hi All,

***Re-posting my query for better reach***

Need your kind guidance for below scenario

Issue: Currently when we click the dependency view for any CI, its shows all related CIs in graphical view with Installed CIs and Retired CIs. We need to display only installed(active) CIs in the dependency view as default view.

Example shown below., .As per servicenow docs, we can create predefined condition..As SNOW admin we can apply those filter and view the expected result. But we need if End user clicks the dependency view, it should show only installed(active) CIs as default. Can anyone please help me to configure these settings in dependency view.

Hi Keerthy,

You can fulfill this by customizing or creating a new filter on Dependency View. Please follow the below step.

Go to navigator and search Dependency Views > Predefined Filters >  Customize Or User exisiting filter CIs > Go to related list > Create CI Filters.
