Hi All
As an OOB feature discovery is not bringing stack mode of a switch as well as stack switch members. While i'm looking through the probes, in "Network Switch" probe I have found a library which is called "Stached Switches". But it is empty and nothing configured.
Could anyone help me regarding this how to get stack details of a switch and able to build relationship between stacked master switch and member switches?

If you expanded the library in that pattern it should show the steps. If there are none there, then you may have had a troubled upgrade and should call support. Also be sure you are using Horizontal Patterns in your switch classifier for it to be used.

Doug, we are on Madrid, and do have the MIB CISCO-STACK-MIB already uploaded.
However, when we Discover the IP of the 1st switch in the stack, while ServiceNow does put info in the CI Description field that indicates it recognized the other 3 switches in the stack, it does not do the following things that we did expected to see:
1. In the CI Related Items section of the form, it does not show the other 3 switches in the stack.
2. Only 1 Asset record is created with the 1st serial number in the stack, but we had expected to see 3 other Asset records created, each with it's own unique Serial Number
Is this the expected behavior of the Cisco Stack Probe?
Thanks!

David,
Did you end up getting this working? We are in the process of implementing Discovery but our Cisco stacked switches are not really getting discovered properly at all. The OOB pattern is not even getting the serial number(s) correctly.
Thanks,
Steve
