How to include Network devices in Application service map

We want to have network switches, routers, and firewalls that are in the communication path of the application servers. We are implementing a service mapping in our organization, and while we can view the application map and its relationship with the software and software instances, we are unable to view the network relationship and with the host in the map.

We are able to view the relationship at the individual level in the CI dependency, but not in the Application Services map view.

Network devices are accessible in cmdb and have previously completed network discovery.

Has anyone seen or experienced this behaviour?
