Hello! I'm 4 weeks into a new job as ITOM Product Owner and I'm still learning the current environment. My previous environment was stricly ITOM Visibility and this is ITOM Pro, with SAM. Right off the bat, I saw that cmdb_ci_spkg was not being populated and found KB0854415 which explains why (SAM). My question is, is there a way to populate both tables? Having the "Installed On" list for software package CI's would be incredibly useful for people using this CMDB.
