Please suggest the code which can i use to put some server in maintenance mode in certain time interval.

I agree with @Pratiksha  - please explain your use case? Are you looking for blackout schedules / maintenance schedules within a change window or what are you looking for? And why are you asking for code? This could be an OOTB solution based on your need.
