Hi there,
currently, we have Inbound Email Actions (System Policy | Email | Inbound Email Actions) called "Create Incident", so new Incident is getting created when email sent to company_name@service-now.com is received. We would switch to another system for Incidents, so we need to have all those emails forwarded to another address.
E.g. if you sent email to company_name@service-now.com, then it will be forwarded (as well as all replies and forwards) to say, support@company_name.com
Sounds like I simple operation, but currently we did not find an obvious way to do it. Can someone please suggest?
Thanks

Thanks, Corina, this is very close, but we need the opposite - forward email from instance (not to):
e.g. forward mail sent to instance@service-now.com to service-desk@company.com
Do you know how to do it?

I don't think Service-Now (as the Mail-Exchanger-Admin) is allowing us to fumble around on their Mailserver, since the TLD in this case is service-now.com
