There are multiple ways to achieve this.
- You can refer Caller_id column on table in user/groups in fields section of email notification.
- You can create email template which contains caller_id field and refer email template in email notification.

Hi Terrell,
Could you please confirm this from the Email Logs. What is the 'Type' is showing? Moreover, I would suggest you to check 'Send to event creator' and retest this.
