How VM Instance CI Install Status, Operational Status are Marked as Retired ??

Hi All,

 

I would like to understand how a vm instance ci install status, operational status are marked as Retired.

I see there is one Script Include - vCenterDataCentersSensors but it talks about VM's state is terminated. In our scenario the state is set as empty from off.
