Hello experts,
I am getting this error in pattern for a few windows servers:
Identification CI Errors: Update failed with error: Commit was not attempted due to other errors.
I see a couple of threads in community but non is resolved.
I also went to the system logs and see many logs for my discovery attempts. Some are so long to paste here but the last one is: DxC_ML: look up window size = 0, it should be positive: no thrown error.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi BK,
I may be wrong but the above error message does not look related to Discovery. Since you are checking the system logs can you go over the logs between the times pattern started processing the payload?
In my experience I encountered this error when there are duplicate records or re-classification is not allowed for the CI's. Please check de-duplicate tasks(reconcile_duplicate_task) and reclassification tasks(reclassification_task) table to see if they are causing any issues.
Thanks

Good morning Sandeep,
I did search system log and found a "MULTI_MATCH" error on relationship. So I went to the relationship table "cmdb_rel_ci" and there was duplicated records. I deleted the dup records and now I can discover my servers without any error.
Thank you for the hint you mentioned in your response.
Have a wonderful and prosperous new year,
