Hello Experts,
As per the client and we need to discover iLO as separate CI record in our ServiceNow in order to keep a separate track for the ESX and the iLO related issue.
Here I would like to know few things
1. whether we can discover the iLO is separate CI or not - if yes in which class it comes under
2. if we need to create a manual record if nothing is possible then in which class we need to add them
3. if there any way to bring the iLO as an attribute within the ESX Server

Hi, in our environment iLO goes to [cmdb_ci_outofband_device].
For iLO discovery you have to create new custon pattern and it is done through SNMP discovery, therefore you need SNMP credentials

for iLO discovery, you can use SNMP and 90% it will directly get classified.. in some cases, you will need to create a pattern and while doing that you can can think of a custom class.
