Hi All,
While implementing Event Management, we have noticed that the impacted services are not getting populated unless we have Service mapping enabled and we don't have it. Can someone point us to the right script which populates the impacted services on the alert form? We want to update this logic so it takes impacted services using the BSM map rather than the Service Map.
Happy to share further details if the above doesn't help.
Thanks
Harneet

No its not possible - not without enabling Service Mapping (which is a paid plugin).

Hi Everyone,
There is a related list on the alert that displays the impacted services. I attempted to add an additional service by creating a relationship in the svc_ci_assoc table, but it did not appear in the related list. I also tried adding a parent relationship to the affected CI; however, the service still does not show up.
Could you please let me know if there is any out-of-the-box behavior or specific logic that determines which records are displayed in this impacted services related list?
Attaching the screenshot for reference:
Thanks,
KM
