Hi Community,
I would appreciate your guidance in the Event Management space.
I have a requirement where, if an alert with "Minor" severity is generated, the system should wait for 4 hours, and if the alert is not closed during that time, it should then trigger the creation of an incident.
Key constraints:
I’d prefer to achieve this without using Flow Designer or custom scripting.
I'm looking for a solution that relies mostly on conditions or out-of-the-box configurations.
Has anyone implemented something similar or have suggestions on how this can be approached?
Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I don't really see how you avoid Flow Designer or custom scripting for this.
I have waits baked in for various events, not as long as 4 hours, but they are all done from subflows.
