Include Network Gear CI Classes in Cloud vs Non-Cloud Resources in CMDB Workspace

I want to include CI classes for   network gear (e.g., routers, switches) in the Cloud vs Non-Cloud Resources chart so that I have a more comprehensive view of infrastructure components.

I want to try adding a CI class to the table sn_cmdb_ws_product_insight_data, but I noticed there is no 'New' button available. Could someone please suggest how to add new CI classes to the data visualization bar? I would appreciate any help

Hello @gopigadde,

 

To add network gear CI classes to the Cloud vs Non-Cloud Resources chart in the ServiceNow CMDB Workspace, you need to configure which CI classes are included in the visualization. You don't add new CI classes directly to the data visualization bar; instead, you modify the configuration to include the desired CI classes.
