Installed software is not discovered on some Linux servers

I'm trying to track down an issue where installed software is not being discovered on certain Linux servers.  I'm wondering if the issue is related to my SSH credentials and the sudo commands necessary for collecting the information.   Can someone share the command used to collect the installed software on Linux?

Also, does the installation of SAM Pro affect the way that installed software is collected?

Thanks,

Bob

Check your software's are existing in cmdb_sam_sw_install table.
