Getting Insufficient administrative privilege error while running ServiceMap on CitrixXenapp. User has admin privilege on the host machine. Please help.

Did it use to work? It may not be an issue specific to Service Mapping, so first please check if there has been any recent configuration changes that might affect the XenApp you're trying to discover.
If there hasn't been any changes, please create a HI ticket to customer support.

is the given user also part of Domain Admin group?--> Make it domain admin and then run it.
Also check if the given user is part of too many AD Groups?
