I have a situation where I can see IP address populating in the field of FQDN.
I did check pattern logs for this and its not fetching in the FQDN information.

But my question is why it is populating IP address information.
I also did check if the server has a forward and reverse lookup zones created.
It doesnt have both the records setup.
Have you come across such scenario.
