Hello,
1. Is IP Discovery of CIs in GCP/AWS using a MID server in Azure possible?
2. If yes, are there any specific prerequisites for this scenario?
3. Is there any challenges/security concerns?

Hi @Suggy , Yes it is possible. If your mid-server is able to reach target host, you can discover it.

@Pratiksha A quick question.
Say I have MID server installed in cloud (AWS) but want to discovery CIs in on premise. I can just go and discover? No need to worry about anything? No additional configurations? I can think of it as normal discovery and start discovering them?

The security team needs to approve this. If you have mid server on cloud and want to discover on prem devices they might suggest to use proxy. Best thing to have two mid server. One in cloud and one on prem. It is good practice to deploy mid servers as close as possible to infra you are trying to discover .
