Is it possible to use MID server as syslog server?

I want to use MID server as syslog server and send logs to ServiceNow Instance.

Is there any functions for syslog or any ways to make it possible?

This is from instance to another machine.

I want from another machine to midserver - instance.

This machine only can send logs by syslog forwarding, cannot install acc.
