Hi @Akshay Pande ,
You can attain this indirectly via email notifications or a limited role access to the dashboard.
You can automate sending mail notification or directly create records based on threshold breach using flows. (Ex: if SLA breaches 90% create an notification to X team and Create a task record to X team).
Or
Create a dashboard and reports which can be accessed with limited role and provide read-only access to all the modules. (Without login email is the only way you can view reports, bcoz the data , reports, dashboard may need certain roles to access them post login)
I hope this helps

Your question is not cleared. Add some more points
If you want to see data without login into instance, You have to use report -
1) Scheduled email report to get it on your mail
2) Publish your report and use url to see the data

Hello Deepak.
thank you for your update..
I want to see it with login into instance,
for ex - we have a dashboard for SLA breach and if we click on dashboard, it opens a record/records. we want something, which will restrict opening a record, and monitoring person will just log a issue with SLA breach ticket with support teams. this is just an example. hope this helps.
a profile which logs in and just do monitoring.
