Is webhook configuration mandatory for unidirectional

Hello Experts,

We are having integration with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.

However not targeting to trigger inBound from DevOps end.

For now it is only Outbound (which is hit the pipelines from ServiceNow end)

Tool Connection: Is it mandatory to configure WebHooks in this case. My assumption is not .

                                  We connected but there is a warning for Webhooks

Let me know if anyone has done this or assist
