Hi All,
I have a weird issue regarding IP switch discovery. Hope I will find out solution here.
We are able to discover the IP switches with all relevant information. But for few of the Switches , it is creating a CI with all information except name(Name field has blank value). On comparing the SNMP-classify input queue payload of two same kind of switches where one is discovered properly and other has no name, I found that Both has Same name OID and name is present in payload for both in same format. Still the second one is not getting name. It is annoying.
Let me know what could be the possible issue in this. Also, if you can suggest what I can check further ,please do let me know.

It is updating fantastically with all other paramters like serial number, Description, Manufacturer, Model, IP , etc. as well as Related tables information in Switch partition, switchports, Switch forwading tables, switch spanning tables, network ARP tables, etc.
only name is coming blank. which is although present in SNMP classify input Queue Payload.

What I need to check?
It is working fine for same kind of other switch where the SNMP classify input queue has same information (except the name, IP address and other switching information). Same format, and looks similar at all. For one it is creating the CI with name, but for other one it creating a CI without name. LEvel of information fetched for both switches are same.
