ITOM Event management Azure bi-directional integration is not working

Hello Team,

 

I have configure the connector instance for azure bi-directional and also provideed the credentials as azure service principle.

 

While doing test connector it is successful as below but in bi-directional section it is throwing an error as below.

has anyone faced this kind of issue and found any solution. any clue for help is appreciated.
