Message key is setting as UNKNOWN

Please see the screenshot. I am setting the first 2 and 3 characters in Prefix 1 and 2, respectively. However, the Message Key is being set as 'Host_Down_<<UNKNOWN>>-<<UNKNOWN>>' in the Alert. I am not sure what the issue is. I am triggering the Alert manually for now.

Hi Ashish

Just for testing remove Fix String Host_Down from Mapping and just keep expression in message key.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks @Rahul Priyadars  we are able to fix it with Regex expression, the OOTB regex is so generic one, so we create according to our requirement.
