There is some API that is not allowed for that credentials. I dont have access to the instance though. can you raise a HI ticket for this.

can you explain me the purpose of adding the allias, Do I have to use the allias as same what provided as account ?

Hi,
Your alias holds you credentials meaning the credentials are tagged with alias. When you look at credentials we have a tag field on them this tags are nothing but the alias.
This is used for authentication.

Can we put the alias name different than that of service account name, or do I have to follow any rules while putting the allias name?

Its you choice. You can put different but make sure you map that to proper credentials.
