Learning Service Now from scratch

Hi Experts,

I want to learn service now from the beginning . Could someone please suggest from where should I start ?

I want some links to guides, documents,vedios   which could help me get started.

Please suggest how to do some practical exercises (installation, etc). Also is there certifications available for service now ?

Hi Vivek Garg,

You can use the demo site from (demo000 to 023)( https://demo000.service-now.com/login.do) to try things out.

Each demo instance is refreshed every 24 hours, with all customizations deleted, returning the instance to its default state.Note that administrative access is shared publicly by all.

Also here is the link for some scripts which you can try on demo instance.

Referring this conversation i tried using demo site , however for me it says no instance found. I have been trying it since two days but getting same option.

Demo was only pertinent back in 2014.   These days there are private dev instances.
