Learning Service Now from scratch

Hi Experts,

I want to learn service now from the beginning . Could someone please suggest from where should I start ?

I want some links to guides, documents,vedios   which could help me get started.

Please suggest how to do some practical exercises (installation, etc). Also is there certifications available for service now ?

I'd like everyone to know that there is another thread on the Docusign integration and Jason Lin was able to produce a video for us.   There is no audio, but it does a nice job of showing the integration in action.   It is a flash file, so you must download it and then open it in a browser, like Chrome, to play it.

Another good place is youtube, believe it or not...

There are quite a few quality introduction videos out there produced by both ServiceNow employees and users.   Complexity varies from general use to development...
