Life Cycle Stage sets to End of Life even after updating it as Operational

Hi,

The issue i am facing is related to Life Cycle Stage & Life Cycle Stage Status. Whenever, i set the value as Operational - In use, it automatically updates it as End of Life - Retired.

 

This transaction seems to be async as i see the update after few seconds.

 

I couldn't figure out any script that can cause this update. Let me know how this can be solved.

We are having a similar issue. Did you happen to find out why it was occurring in your case?

Do you have any retire policy configured in the CMDB Data Manager? It may have conditions set due to which the given CI is marked as End of Life - Retired.
