Linux mid server installation failure

Hi Team 

 

we are trying to install a mid server in redhat linux machine, and I'm able to download the installer file in the machine, the service seems to be running but there no entry created in servicenow and also we are facing the below issue.

Looks like the memory is running out. What is the config of Linux VM.  Also it might be a certificate which is missing and lot letting you connect to instance.
