@venkataramac Linux server is getting these rules from Computer as it's a child class of Computer. If you want to change this to Hardware, then these rules need to be removed from Computer. When you remove it, automatically, Computer and Linux Server will be taking Identification rules of the Hardware.
There is no way you can connect to Hardware rule by skipping the Computer rule in the hierarchy.

Hi @Mannapuram,
Thanks for the response,
Actually, in my instance for Computer table it has both rules Computer rule and Hardware rule. But the issue is Hardware rule is missing for Computer table.
Can you help how / where can I remove/add the Missing rule.
Thanks

@venkataramac This is because, new independent rule is created for Computer table in your instance. This rule is overriding the Hardware rule.
If you don't want this rule, then go to Computer table, then click the option, 'Delete'. This way, Hardware rule will be applicable on all child tables, like on Computer and also Linux Servers.

Hi @Mannapuram ,
Both the rules should be available as per my Prod instance. I should not delete the Computer rule. PFA
