Mid Server failed to start

Hi everyone,

My Mid Server keeps failing to start, my wrapper.log says I have a fatal error but I do not know how to fix it as this is my first time setting up a Mid Server. You will be able to see in the screenshot below. Many thanks for the help in advance!
