mid SERVER Installation - Windows 11 Os

Hi !
I downloaded the MID installation file from PDI(tokyo verison) and tried to install in my personal laptop which of windows 11 os version.
1. I created the mid user - added role
2. Downloaded windows 64 bit file - Its not installing - Message I see is - " can be installed only on Winodws 2012 or later but mine is Windows 11. which is the latest.
3. I also tried downloaded older version mid, edited the confog.xml file and used cmd to start.bat - I dont see Mid showing up in instance
could anyone guide please.

Installation on Windows 11 is blocked if you are using MSI installer. Please refer the docs link

Any workaround i m also having laptop with 11 but can not have midserver to download

Hi J_31,
Mid Server installation EndUser windows series is block. Still you can install it using the zip file option, which is a manual step. This will only allow operation and communication and you may have to face the restrictions and then resolve one by one unlike the Mid servers running on Windows Server. Also, you may not be able to run the discovery and chances of successful discovery is very low.
Another option you can do is to download the limited edition windows server iso and run it on Virtual Machine and run a mid server there.
