MID Server Installation

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone tell me How will we confirm how many MID Servers we need to install in any Client Network.

According to ServiceNow its recommended 1 mid server for 10,000 CIs. But generally best practice is to consider 1 mid server for 5000 CIs.

It depends on a number of factors (how you use MID servers, server resources, threads, etc.). For discovery you can try using this calculator:
