Does it still work. I cannot download this msiexec /a mid-windows-installer.utah-12-21-2022__patch1-03-01-2023_03-13-2023_1716.windows.x86-64.msi /qn TARGETDIR=c:\temp

Minimum configuration to install Mid Server for window OS is windows server 2012 without this , you cant install mid Server.
