Mid Server Record is not getting created when click I Pattern Sync to Mid.

I have properly configured the XML file of Mid Server and it is also showing in Servers that ServiceNow Mid Server is Running. But when I click on pattern sync to Mid in Mid Server Module the record is not getting created automatically.

as per your screenshot, there is no MID server showing on the instance which means it did not connect to the instance and could be due to failure in meeting the pre requisites
