Mid Server status down after upgrade

Hi,
one of our production Mid server is Down, and patch upgrade failed. upon a bit of investigation found the below. Can I please get some guidance on this.

Looks very much to me that the service account the MID is running under doesn't have local admin permissions on the Windows server it is installed on.
The lines you have highlighted show this is a permissions problem on the windows side so I would have your team investigate that.

Hi Priya,
Permission issue in one thing you have to look for as suggested by Richard.
Also look for your Antivirus agent as well if it is preventing from running any exe file.
In our environment, we had to whitelist the MID Server agent folder in the anitivirus app client settings.

I don't think the cause is the service account used by the MID servers in ServiceNow (sys_user record), it would be the account the Windows Service is running under on the Windows server....
