MID Server Status not going to up

At the end of Module 2, in the task ‘Validate the MID server’, the server status is stuck on ‘Down’.
I am not authorised to restart the server.
How can I change the server status from Down to Up?

You should have received credentials for MID server as part of on-demand or ILT course. If not, raise a support case with Now Learning Help Center

Note -
Since you do not have the necessary permissions to restart the MID Server:
Provide Logs: Share the relevant log entries with your system administrators to assist in troubleshooting.
Request Assistance: Ask them to investigate the issue and restart the MID Server if necessary.
