MID Server Status not going to up

At the end of Module 2, in the task ‘Validate the MID server’, the server status is stuck on ‘Down’.
I am not authorised to restart the server.
How can I change the server status from Down to Up?

You should have received credentials for MID server as part of on-demand or ILT course. If not, raise a support case with Now Learning Help Center

Thank you for your help.
I received credentials for MID server, the fact is the Mid server is not reachable.
I received this kind Mid server rdp url, nowlearning-nlinst0325xxxx-7qgsx-mid-0001.lab.service-now.com/ and impossible to reach the Mid server using RDP or the Web navigator.
Someone could help ?
