MID Server User is deleating the CI

Hi Team,

 

We have encountered unusual issue . We verified that the mid server is delating CIs which have associated task .

Is there any way we can stop it . I am aware it do the file cleanup and relatioship deletion.  It is deleting lots of classess. Such as :Storage device ,Serial Number & Disk

Please find the screenshot for reference .

Are you running discovery? Is there some other integration configured over the MID? Check on the logic behind it. Check your cleanup rules. We don't have access to your instance so you just telling us what is going on, without anything else, makes that we can only guess.

Thank you for the update . I guess it is related to deletion strategy.

I guess we have to update the  related ci types .

 

I can see the table class type kept as delete 

I am checking more on this
