Mid Web server stuck in starting even if the Mid Server Up

Hello Everyone, 

I am facing an issue in my Mid Web server extention , to be able to run a metric extention i need this one to be Up (Started) 

it is running on an on prem instance , and the mid server is up , any idea of what the root cause may be ?

Hi @Ahmed Anwar Uni ,

I also face this issue, this is due to connectivity.

You need to check the firewall policy as well as make sure your mid server is running on latest version and sync with your servicenow instance version.

Also you can delete and recreate the Mid Web server extension.
