Looking at your issue , seems to be user doesnt have mid server role or the user is locked out
Check local user mid.ACC-DMMY-1
We found network firewall blocks to communicate monitoring source .
eventlisterner port and web url not accessing through mid-server
SO, check with device team first to confirm firewall access

Thx, seems we have two different issues. 😉 The MID server is working quite a while (with MID user + correct role and not locked out), the web service is stucked in starting just after upgrade or when you provide new JAR file for MID (which will restart hte MID itself). Hopefully it will not appear again. 😉

Same Issue as we faced after upgrade ... its firewall blocks from mid server to monitoring source
its blocking following ports "8075 OR 8076"
Check device team to allow both ports in mid server , then issue should fix
