Missing Lookup Rule for class cmdb_serial_number

Hello everyone,

I am facing issue in discovering servers, Discovery is getting failed with below error:

Our CI Identifier is modified as it was getting affected with SCCM Integration:

I am unable to understand how we can modify the lookup rule in this scenario?

Can anyone help in resolving this issue asap as this is observed in Prod instance.

Any quick help is much appreciated.

Covered this scenario here I believe... You need that identifier to be true or perhaps create a unique serial number class identifier...
