Hello,
Most of Service Graph Connectors require "com.snc.itom.license".
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/search?labelkey=yokohama&page=3&q=com.snc.itom.license&rpp=10&sort.f...
The following docs page shows "com.snc.itom.license" is ITOM/OT SU Licensing.
https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-it-operations-management/page/product/it-operations-...
Does it mean that usage of almost all SGC's consume SU?
However, SGC for Microsoft SCCM or Intune don't require "com.snc.itom.license".
Does it mean that usage of the two SGC's don't consume SU?

Any information/advices are appreciated.
Best regards,
Koichi

Hi @koichis0316,
Any Service Graph Connector that updates your CMDB will count against your ITOM Subscription Units depending on the type of device that comes in.
There is a licencing ratio that determines this in your subscription with ServiceNow - but the CI Types here will need a licence/consume SU: Check which CI types require an IT Operations Management subscription
More information on Calculation Logic here: ITOM Subscription Unit license calculation logic - Support and Troubleshooting
And Info on the Licencing here: ITOM Licensing Explained - v2.1 - Support and Troubleshooting
Devices are only counted once - so if you have multiple sources bringing in the same device - this will only be counted once.
I would recommend checking with your ServiceNow Account Manager to understand what licencing applies to your specific agreement.
Hope this helps!
