We have SQL server installed on a server machine, which we discovered and captured in ServiceNow, recently we uninstalled the SQL Server from the machine but still it keeps showing as installed in ServiceNow SQL Instances table and Software installation is still available, actually It should have got removed. Re-discovering it also did not solve the issue.
But when I discovered the same server in another instance it did not have the Software installation and working fine.
